Return PolicyAt Amano Artisans we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, all unworn merchandise, excluding *special orders, may be returned within fifteen (15) days after receiving the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs of the return. Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials and are one of a kind, therefore the colors, materials, sizes and finishes may slightly differ from the pictures and information on the site. Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days of receipt of the order.
